Roshika Nowicki
Executive Director
As an owner and founder of Behavior Management Foundation, Roshika, continues to expand the field of ABA with her contributions to the field. She has been designing and running research based trainings, on the panel that created the Assessment of Behavioral Cusps, and development of the parent training curriculum that will be utilized as part of OEBI.
Leah Griffith
Board Member, Treasurer
As a BCBA for Inspired Behavior Solutions, Leah has continued her work in the field of ABA helping the local community. She has also presented at the Pan African Conference on Autism as well as provided support and training to numerous schools, parents, and behavior technicians in Kenya.
Dr. Jane Paul
Board Member, Secretary Dr. Jane Paul is the founder of Excella Development Solutions providing ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism. She is also the founder of EDS Africa providing services to children in Kenya, and a founder of the Pan African Conference on Autism. Although her accolades are too many to list, she continues to give back to the community across different continents.

Jonathan Nowicki
As a partner in Behavior Management Foundation, Jonathan has had a history of innovation, creating the Mahalo data collection system, Karibu data collection system (provided for free for the clients in Nairobi), and work on the Assessment of Behavioral Cusps. He has provided parent and teacher trainings in Kenya for many years and continues to have a passion to expand the field of ABA in other countries.
